How long can AEROSOL8 be stored?
Max. 12 months. It should be stored in a dark place at less than 25 degrees and out of reach of children. Please read the product information.
Does the use of AEROSOL8 cause development of resistance?
Unlike pharmaceuticals, the active substances in AEROSOL8 do not cause resistance.
Should windows/doors be closed while using AEROSOL8?
At what intervals should AEROSOL8 be used?
As needed by the user.
For surface disinfection: Before using the room.

Is the aerosol/disinfection process scientifically proven?
Yes, by the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) and HygCen Germany GmbH (HygCen)
Can the product be used for hand disinfection?
Yes. Compared to disinfectants containing alcohol, it does not cause skin irritation such as de-lipidation.
Can using AEROSOL8 also remove unpleasant odours and mould?
Yes, AEROSOL8 is also effective against mould and bacteria contamination.
Is AEROSOL8 hazardous to humans and animals?
No. At the concentration provided and when used correctly, AEROSOL8 is entirely safe.
What happens if the substance has contact with eyes and skin?
AEROSOL8 is non-toxic. If a large amount of the liquid comes into contact with the eyes, they should be rinsed with cold water. Please read the product information.
What can happen to the respiratory system if a person suffers an “overdose”, and what should they do?
It is not possible to suffer an overdose to the respiratory system, because we use a solution of no more than 3%, and the nebuliser must be used at sufficient distance from persons in the room. Please refer to the product information.
Is AEROSOL8 hazardous to persons prone to infection, geriatric patients and risk patients with a weakened immune response, in particular residents of care homes?
In such cases, please consult your attending physician before using AEROSOL8.

No, the active substance disintegrates into its chemical components (water and oxygen) shortly after contact with surfaces.
